How do you distinguish my package from others?

When you log in to our system, you need to add your package before shipping it to us. A unique shipping address will be provided to you. We use that unique number on the box to determine the owner.

Does my product go through customs?

The custom rules vary from one country to another. Prepshipping does not provide such a service that will guarantee your package’s acceptance to the destination country. You should check those rules before you ship. However, we try to do our best to help you with those packages held at customs.

What are the prices for FBM/FBA services?

How long does it take for my package to be processed?

Our estimated processing time is one (1) business day except for peak seasons.

Can you refund my remaining credit?

We are not able to process refunds for the remaining credit balances back to your account.

Do you process shipments on weekends?

Our warehouse accepts shipments on weekends as well; however, we only process shipments on weekdays.
